Weight Loss has stopped!! I'm back to work but very tired feeling..not much energy to walk more than 10 minutes a day...waiting for my body to go forward again

give yourself some time. i know you know this. just the recovery from surgery not to mention the change of eating habits. whew but you will start to feel more energetic in no time. if 10 min's is to tiring, just walk across the room, and than around the room, and than 2 rooms you get the idea. good luck and best

10 days post op and already seeing that my tastes are changes from one day to the next. I don't want the chocolate shakes I've spent $ on. I am learning that what tastes good one day, may not taste the same the next. So, I'm taking it a day at a time....right now, I'm on a craving for sour...pickles, I just chew them, not swallow.....I'm not sleeping through the night either....and struggling to get my fluids in...Nevertheless, I'm encouraged and am looking for...

Hey My Sleevers! How ya'll making it today? I am 9 days post op today. Down 15 pounds ..(incldues my 2 daY LIQUIDS only pre-op diet. I noticed yesterday, that I am now able to drink water a bit easier. Not sure why, but since I suffered major dehydration this past Monday, I am so thankful! Maybe today I can at least get 32 oz in! Have my post op appt in 4 days. Actually began cleaning out my closet...took out all size 22's...WOOHOO!

7 day Post Op! Hey my friends! Today marks 13 pounds and 7 days since my gastric sleeve. So far, I must say I've had more good days than not. Yesterday was the most challenging...i think i got dehydrated. But I'm back on track drinking and now, I don't need the little 1 ounce medicine cups either. Today, i pureed some chicken and mixed it with very light mashed potatoes...What a treat! To taste meat again....I'm thankful for this Thanksgiving Holiday. That...

Yay! Surgery went well on 11/20..No complications...went home next day..No trouble with nausea, but I did ask for the patch before the surgery....might be good for you too!...eating very little...can't tolerate any cold beverages yet...but very happy it's over and ready to move forward1
