So, I have stopped the creep! Adding in skinny popcorn, taking a bite or two of candy here and there, snacking on my husbands blue chips because I can. It is time to get re-focused with this and since stopping...my creepy crawler has returned from my stomach. The 'monster that lives within' has resurfaced

I feel you girl, I have a creep inside me too, that keeps wanting to munch on crackers??? I don't know why or what the heck is going on but I crushed up all the crackers in my house and in my desk and I said NO MORE!!! I went out and got the P3 packs and I am going to munch on that instead!!! They are delish!!!!
