  1. Started eating full liquids per my clinics orders and tried cream of chicken soup which was causing the diarrhea. I'm drinking almost too easily for being fresh out of surgery and no gas pains from surgery. It does mess with your mind that maybe they didn't do a tight boogie. It a head game in the beginning.

You will start to feel the restriction when you eat dense foods (fish, chicken beef, eggs). Don't worry, there is nothing wrong. I too have no problems with liquids. I was sleeved 8/6/2013 and have lost 100 lbs.

Whoa! Congrats on your achievement. I'm thinking that was the tool and tons of exercise right kit klaus?

Thank you. Actually, I didn't start exercising until December 2013. However, I did walk about 1 mile a couple of days a week. My thought was that if I let the sleeve do the work first, then start exercising I wouldn't have to keep upping the level of exercise (you're body gets used to the amount of exercise and you have to increase your work outs to get the same effect). I can't say if this is right or wrong, but it is what I was comfortable with.

I now use an exercise bike everyday and walk 2 miles 3-4 days per week. Weight loss has slowed a bit, but it is heading in the right direction.
