I will be a dissenting opinion. I go to starbucks regularly. I usually get a tall dry NF cappucino. Sometimes I add a pump of SF Syrup. The only calories in it are from the nonfat milk. 50 calories/5 G protein/8 g carbs. Slightly more if you don't want It dry--70 calories/6G protein/9G carbs. Occasionally I will get a skinny hazelnut latte--120 calories/12G protein/19G carbs. Fits into my plan very nicely and I've been doing it a few times a week since about three months out.
I've lost 135lbs and am below goal.

You've got this. If you still have your program materials, pull them out and read every bit again. Get back into your bariatric team. The patients who don't stay focused and involved are the ones who more often fail, and that is not you!!!! You still have your weight loss tool, you just need to tune it up get to work. You didn't have a baby to just lose control and not be the best Mom that you can be.
Go back to your liquid, Protein focused diet for at least 3 days and jump-start the process.
Last but most certainly not least, get some sleep!!!! It has to be incredibly hard with a little one but with proper sleep, you will be clearer and be able to make fetter choices, be it food or packing up the stroller and walking/jogging the neighborhood.

OK I know I'm going crazy posting for now but I'm sure everyone here had that one particular thing they wanted to do or wear when able to.....Well I want my husband to take me to see the Dallas Symphony Orchestra. I want him in a tux and I want to wear a blue sequined, floor length, spaghetti strap evening gown. I've dreamed of this for so long but never went because of being fat. 2014 I declare you the year my dreams come true !!

I too purchased the Enspira, although I never felt that I had to. During the pre-op diet I tolerated the Enspira, but didn't find it that great. However, after the surgery, I have found that all the other Protein powders I have bought are too sickening sweet for me now and I really like the Enspira because it isn't too sweet for me.

I brought 450$ that was way more than enough. Just get lots of ones and 5s for tipping. I'm three days out still here. I would come alone in a heartbeat.between OCC and Marriott they petty much hold your hand through the whole process.
