  1. I had surgery 9/30 and everything has been very easy. I had very little pain I had the surgery on mon an the last pain med I took was on tues. I did start walking as soon as they would let me out of bed. No nausea I have been able to drink water right away clear liquids first week protein shakes week 2-3 and on my second week of mushy food just follow what your surgeon and NUT says and you will be fine. Get your fluids in an walk, walk, walk. Good luck.

    Here I am

Hope you feel better soon. It's a journey. Good luck.
  4. I'm a Dental Assistant, I thought I could return after 1 week but I took two weeks and I am so glad I did. I had a very easy time with surgery able to get all my fluids in and still needed two weeks. It gives you time to get in the routine with you fluids. Good luck
  5. The behind the ear patch comes in a pack of three. I put one on the night before surgery and changed it every 3 day til they were gone. Absolutely no nausea at all. Highly recommend. Good luck
  6. I feel just like you. I keep waiting for problems but i have had absolutely none. I have followed the doctors plan to the T I think that is why it's been so easy. I'm on week three and I have energy I can drink with no problem I take my vitamins and calcium get all my protein in have been walking 2 miles a day since the 3rd day of surgery and drink at least 64oz of water. I'd say I feel like normal but actually I feel better then normal and I'm down 36 lbs 265 to 229. For anyone having problems I'm praying everything gets better for you hang in there the weight will come off.
