  1. Unless you get a really experienced fitter the instructions on measuring yourself on that website will actually give you more accurate sizing. There are excellent fitters and there are awful teen girls with minimal training. Never get fitted at Victoria Secret, they have a limited size range and will make you fit in what they have.

    Food-based Celebrations

Not saying she has to do anything on any schedule. Just addressing the “not much point” statement. Ultimately to be successful long term that is a mind set that must change. We must learn to see different points in things! That’s all I am saying.

    Food-based Celebrations

Well of course there is, the point is to be social and celebrate! Just because they do it with food doesn’t mean you can’t do it without. That’s something you need to practice because it’s gonna be the rest of your life. And when they encourage you to eat, just say no thank you! They aren’t gonna chance, and you shouldn’t expect them to. That’s our society.
  5. Increase your calories and protein. You need it to build muscle.
  6. This, truly life changing. And then look around that site for brand and style recommendations based on the size and almost more importantly SHAPE you find. And search for weight loss on the site and see what they discuss.

    Protein Bars

Yes definitely be careful, they can be sliders for many people. I like quest bars and power crunch. I also like the new Costco ones that are similar to quest but the Kirkland brand. And now that I’m at goal and eat more carb I like Perfect Bars and RX Bars.

    Bullying

Targeted flaming/harassment/impersonation/exculsion? Rumors/threats/impersonation/disclosing personal information? Stalking? If so report it. It will get the person banned. If not, it’s not cyber bullying. It’s perhaps being blunt or not tactful or even downright mean, but it’s not bullying. Mean does not equal bullying. Bullying is about an imbalance of power and exploiting that.

    Bullying

To be clear I don’t believe bullying is happening. I believe people are using the word inappropriately.

No someone is accusing someone of bullying for speaking bluntly.

    IM STARVING

I was taught a good rule of thumb is if you are hungry for X (whether X is a burger or an apple) then it’s likely Head hunger whereas if you are hungry and anything (ie something on your plan will do) it’s real hunger.

    Bullying

Just happens all the time on here. Wasn’t a big ol blowup this time, but it’s just silly. People over react. I get the suck it up generation and I’m not there either but there’s an in between.

    Bullying

But bullying is always about difference in power. By definition. That doesn’t exist here on this board. And it’s almost always about a repeated pattern so when people call in about a single post that’s crying wolf to me.

    Bullying

“Cyberbullying or cyberharassment is a form of bullying or harassment using electronic means. Cyberbullying and Cyberharassment are also known as online bullying. It has become increasingly common, especially among teenagers. Cyberbullying is when someone, typically teens, bully or harass others on social media sites. Cyberbullying allows bullies to easily and anonymously harass victims online. They do this by flaming, harassing, outing, exclusion, impersonation, and stalking. Harmful bullying behavior can include posting rumors, threats, sexual remarks, a victims' personal information, or pejorative labels (i.e., hate speech). Bullying or harassment can be identified by repeated behavior and an intent to harm.” Still not what I’m seeing here

    Arm Lift and Tummy Tuck

Check your policy some (like mine) have some very specific requirements like pannus has to be x inches past pubic bone or things like that. Some exclude it entirely. Some require documented health complications. Looking at your policy is the best instruction manual for planning ahead. Sadly I had to self pay all of mine.

    Arm Lift and Tummy Tuck

I had arms tummy tuck and breasts done same time. I had hubby around for the first 24 hours then he left for a camping trip. I was actually glad for the alone time. I had help that was a phone call away but never needed it.

  19. Took me almost six months before I could meet my goal without supplements and still couldn’t do it daily. I’m going on five years out and still supplement a few times a week most weeks. My sleeve is on the small size.

    More about the "girls"

Love the VS knockout! The only thing I buy there. Love wacoal and natori for my basics. My favorite— https://www.zappos.com/p/wacoal-basic-beauty-spacer-underwire-t-shirt-bra-853192/product/8418603 https://www.zappos.com/p/wacoal-body-by-wacoal-t-back-underwire-bra-65124/product/8120232

    Tea Drinkers

It looks like it’s the ones (mostly) with the “tropical” fruits that have added sugar. So if you avoid ones with mango, pineapple, guava and the like there are lots without added sugar. But you need to read closely!

    Tea Drinkers

I just hate that they add the sugar in... why do they need to do that? They do it with so dang many things these days... heck they do it to some lunch meat and bacon! They create a drive for it which is self perpetuating. I just do so much better when I don’t include it. Then I appreciate the natural sweetness in things and don’t have the cravings. Yeah, not too bad overall with 1g per cup (though be careful of how much they consider a cup) but why do they need to add it at all? It makes me sad.

    Tea Drinkers

Oh no... I spoke too soon! Just a FYI, everyone follow your own plan.... but the David’s teas have added sugar. The Teavanna ones don’t.
