I'm lucky to have super thick long hair but it started to come out in large amounts in the shower about 2 weeks ago! What are some tips for stopping this horrifying trend???

Hi all! Had surgery 05/15 and my periods have been regular up until this time around. AF was due 09/27 and still nothing today. I have lost just over 50 lbs since then and have also been stressed-out lately. Is it normal for this to happen this far post-op? I know I'm not pregnant so it wouldn't be that! Thanks!
