  1. Ahhhh, the joys of living alone! lol EXCEPT when my greedy family comes over and eats everything in sight! lol
  2. Yes, the tortilla pizza is fabulous! It never gets boring because you can use so many different toppings. I've been sharing with all of my friends. My fave is fresh mozzarella, basil and sun dried tomatoes...yum. I will definitely try cooking the shell first because I like thin crust crispy pizza.

  4. How's it going? Is the surgery all that you thought it would be?
  5. I'm not a scale fanatic, because I know the weight is coming off, so that gives me a sense of security. I only weigh myself when I think about it, which is every 2 or 3 weeks.
  6. I'm 18 weeks out, 48 pounds lost.
  7. Girl, you better go to that pool party (in that bathing suit) and live your life! We've all hidden ourselves long enough!
  8. Thanks Alex! I need this reminder frequently. Became dehydrated and almost passed out...BIG lesson learned!
  9. I was treated for H. pylori before surgery with 3 different antibiotics. Now, 11 weeks out for almost two weeks now I've had KRAZYYYYYYYYY acid reflux symptoms (burping all the time, stomach gurgling/bubbling Loudly, food is uncomfortable as ever, burning feeling in my gut and stuck feeling in my chest/throat). Unlike that normal I had WLS 11 weeks ago feeling. I spoke to my doctor and now instead of once a day, he has me on omeprazole (Prilosec) twice a day. I started that today, so we'll see what happens. In the meantime, I'm miserable. Someone told me that papaya also helps reduce the acid.
  10. I may have quoted the wrong person, sorry! lol
  11. OMG I thought it was just me with the Food Network thing! lol It really does sooth me and ironically, doesn't make me want to eat. My dirty little secret. I'm 11 weeks out and the heartburn has been KILLING me for 2 weeks now.
  12. I've never had acne, but since the surgery I get it on my shoulders.
  13. FORGETABOUTIT! Just don't focus on the weight loss and it will start coming off again. Happened to me too.
  14. I meant ONEderland, but it is wonderland too! lol
  15. I made it to wonderland today! What a nice early birthday present:)
  16. I still have 11 bottles of unopened Isopure free for the taking (you can pick it up). I'm in the South Jersey area. Please inbox me if you're interested.

  18. Thanks for the advice, but it's too late:)
  19. Hi Michele, yes, that's the reason I have 11 bottles left. I bought 12, tried one and I just can't stomach it. Everybody has different taste buds, so I'm sure there are some people that like the taste, but it's not for me.
  20. I have 11 bottles of Isopure and they are yours if you live in the Southern New Jersey area and can come and pick them up. Inbox me if you're interested. Thanks.
