    Emotions...

    Wow, it's just as if I had written it myself! I, too, am in this sort of funk at the moment. I weigh less than 200 lbs for the first time in 18 years so I should be happy right?? I've discovered that despite losing my extra weight, life still sux ... the depression & unhappiness are still there and lately I've been an emotional wreck. Like you, I've analyzed my feelings and I'm pretty sure I know where it all stems from ... unfortunately I do not have medical insurance and can't afford to pay for a shrink out of pocket so I just keep dealing with it day by day

I've needed a fill for a month now but unfortunately just haven't had time to drop everything and head down to TJ to get one ... and of course I have been eating horribly the past week or so with all the evil Halloween candy which had found it's way into my house but it ends today! :smile2: My youngest turned 4 yesterday and today we "celebrated" by taking him to Chuck E Cheese (bright and early at 9am before it got too crowded) ... So I had an off day with "bad foods" but tomorrow is a new beginning :thumbup: Breakfast ~ Coffee, Then The Toppings Off 2 Slices of Chuck E Cheese Pizza :rolleyes2: Snack ~ 1 Small Slice Birthday Cake Lunch ~ Nada Snack ~ Another Small Slice Birthday Cake Dinner ~ Stuffed Chicken Parmesan

Had a couple :tt1:, a few :tt1:, OK way-too-many :tt1: fun size chocolate crap today. Thank God Halloween is over now ... Bring on the turkey! :smile2:

  15. My skin has seriously started to bug me lately around the hip & thigh area, I need to start walking again! What bugs me the most though are the bat wings I've grown under my arms ... ick!
