Well if the stitch is on the nerve wouldn't that be dangerous? Or cause more complications? You should look into it and get it fixed, wouldnt want it to complicate more. Are they going to do further test to make sure what it is?

Tc44055, hang in there, it will be better. I cried almost everyday too, but it got better with time. I'm sorry to hear about your pain. I've been praying for you and hope this all ends soon. One of my cuts gave me pain too. They healed pretty good but there was one that was very sore and it hurt and at the same time had like this needle pinching pain at the same time. And I'm almost 5 weeks and it just stopped feeling that way. The first days are the hardest, but it will get better. Sending prayers and hugs your way.

I just left my doctors office, and I'm.doing better, feeling better! Doctor checked out incisions, and everything else, and everything is looking good. On my weigh in, I lost 8 lbs and my BMI went from 36.8 to a bmi of 35.6 Next Tuesday will be 4 weeks, post op. Even if the weightloss is slow I'm k with it

Thanks! Things are staring to look and feel normal again When I did the band, I did it during spring break which I had 3 weeks off so it worked well. Now with the plication after a week u feel better like things are getting back to have their were. The encisions are dried up, its just the doing liquids. But no pain and no vomitting. But then everyones body is different

Well its good they explained everything to you. And brusing, I feel ya, cuz I get all bruised up to from needles. And being in the hospital for 3 days, to sounds good. Just because they are checking up on you. I went home the same day and that was scary. Every little thing I felt or thought it was different I called in. So to me that's a good thing, just having them there and checking up on you is comforting. Now the drainige thing I don't know about. I did the plication and 6 yrs ago did the lapband. And did not need the drainige tube. My incissions were so small and nothing leaking or anything. Did they tell you why u needed it ?

Yes, slowly but surely. And my skin feels thin ( if that makes sense) and that's a good feeling

Thanks The weightloss I think is slow. It's been close to 8 lbs. I thought I would be more. But hey I will take 8 lbs anytime lol I think I've lost more inches than lbs because I see the big difference in my clothes. I had this new dress I wanted to wear for Xmas but I never fit into it. And now it zipped up sp easily!! So slow but will get there I guess. Let's see by Friday when the doc weighs me, see where I'm at

Not a big baby, and if that's the case I'm in the big baby club too lol It is hard, I think its the hardest thing to do when your whole life y have been doing something else. Yaaay for your lbs lost, use that as motivation for your daily intake. Before u know it, the big day will come! Stay strong and encouraged, you got this!!

I'm.doing good. Yes my soda melt down was hard my mind was going insane, but I got over it. Just preparing myself for my next one and how to over come it. Oh my, I know how u feel! It is hard, the only way to make it easier is to just think of today. That's how I was able to get through the liquids stage. And the moment I didn't focus like that, I lost it. Hang in there, it will be so worth it, I promise it will be. This is a big sacrifice to the awesome body and good health you will gain from it. U got this! U can do it! Think happy thoughts, happy thoughts!!

Yes feeling way better! I'm feel back to normal self Hahaha yes the lions died about a week after! Hahaha So glad cuz it was keeping me up at night. But it was a temp thing, thank God!

It sure will! But just take it one day at a time. I had to stop and just think and worry about the "now" because I was driving myself insane trying to think of the days to come and how and what I was going to do. So its one day at a time, and if something comes up, I ask, email or call someone and I'm ok. We are all here for you, you are not alone. We can do this together!
