I'm 5'7 1/2" :-) and my goal weight is 175. I'd like to be 164, since that would put me the the normal BMI range, but I'm also happy with anything under 200. I had a brief flirtation with 199 when I was 19 (16 years ago!) but I have been over 200 lbs for forever. I'm at 258 now, down from 325.

Don't be ashamed girl.. By catching yourself you are in the right path this why I am on here again I am going on 3 yrs post opt n I've gained 10 pds back I decided to come back on the forum. For some support and to start from square 1 because I don't want to come back to my old habits...

I feel the same way, when I look in the mirror.. I actually look great the only part of my body that I hate is my arms I hate them so much I hate them so much that I'm saving up for an arm lift...

I just wanted to say hello I'm new here and I need as much support as possible. I haven't gotten my surgery done yet im about to go to my last visit So I can get a date... I'm really looking forward to it as I a kinda fed up with being the big girl in the crew. I wanna look hot at all time...

I'm 3 yrs post op & I still have days that I look in the mirror n look & feel fat... Make sure you take lots of before & after picture that way it will keep you grounded and eventually you will feel happy with how far you've become... ☺️☺️☺️
