  1. I was on the unjury website. Ready to order the unflavored powder and noticed it was by scoop. 15 scoops to be exact. How many cans does a person use during the first 2 weeks post op?
  2. Just got the phone call. Preop registration stuff at 8:30. Then last visit w dr before surgery at noon. Surgery scheduled for 28th have to be at the hospital at 7:30am!!! Super excited. Nervous. All of it still lol.
  3. Glad you are doing well caligirl! How long does the surgery take?
  4. Me too! I'm super excited and super nervous. I keep thinking 7 days is a long time but it really isn't. Just seemed that way when I started my pre op diet lol! I think I go in at 8 or 9
  5. That does look yummy!!!!!!! The Russian dressing and preserve aren't to bad on the pre op diet. Or should I wait till I'm post and on regular diet?
  6. You will be fine! You got this girl!!! You have made it this far and that is impressive! Prayers and many hugs to ya!!
  7. My surgery date is oct 28th anyone want to be exercise buddies and support each other? Let me know!
  8. Kiwi you look great!!!! I know there are things to expect. I'm 34 and I don't think i can snap back like I was before I pregnant back in 2007 lol. I'm used to my stretch marks but saggy skin scared me. Especially when I read about all the skin problems that can happen because of it. Just have to get used to the idea I'm not going to be a Victoria secret model lol. Damn haha jk. I'll be healthy and that's all that matters. Thanks for posting your pictures. I think we should start another thread w before and afters. Keeps everyone motivated.
  9. Hi janifer! Welcome to the forum!! I'm in Austin Texas and my surgery is scheduled October 28th.
  10. I know this might be tmi. But does anyone now get acne/boil ( pimple bumps )on their body? Ie inner thighs, underarms, under your breast and even on a stretch mark? My dermatologist called it hidradenitis? I just wanted to know if it got better after weight loss.
  11. Good luck Sally!! I'll be on the other side on the 28th. How long did you have to stay in the hospital?
  12. I'm on day 4 of my liquid diet. Good lord I swear i saw my son eating some chips and I wanted to lick his fingers!!"lol. I hate this diet, seems mine is also strict. I have no sensible dinner, cream based soups etc. I know it will get better soon. But I tell you it is hard to psyche yourself out. Especially when you know you have nothing wrong w your stomach and can eat it if you wanted to without the dumping and sickness afterwards. I have mild headaches but I was told its the sugar as lack of caffeine in your body. You can do it! Stay strong! Are you able to have cream based soups, cream of wheat? Yogurt?
  13. That's my goal! He is such a picky eater. It frustrates me sometimes that he won't even taste something because of the way it looks. He doesn't even like ice cream that isn't chocolate or vanilla!
  14. Thanks guys! My mom got me a bag of muscle tech 100%whey protein isolate powder in chocolate. It has 30grams of protien per scoop. It's pretty good. Just needs to be super super cold. Day 3 of this liquid diet seems like I've been on it longer lol. Hardest thing I did today was go to the grocery store to get food for my son. Hard to cook for other people and not eat or taste any of it yourself.
