  1. Hi ladies! I went to the nut today. She gave me a stack of papers (more like a book) of stuff for pre op and post op diets. She gave me a list of protien shakes to try. Which ones do you guys find taste the best? That's the handout she gave me. Any of you tried any of these before?
  2. Thank you for the info. I was confused about it. What sugars are best for post op? Is stevia or maybe agave ok to use?

  4. For the pre and post diet is it real sugar or sugar substitutes that we have to stay away from? I'm going to start my 2week liquid diet I think oct 7th and wanting to start preparing myself. Can we even have stuff that has any type of sugar in it like fruit?

  9. Hi quick question here. I'm a 42i right now and im wondering about my boobs deflating and being wrinkled and saggy. Is there anything we can do to prevent that? So nervous about it all

  13. Hi dee!! Nope no problem if you are in a different state. Glad to know there are people all over that are getting this surgery done. I think my biggest fear is the excess skin. I would love to figure out a way to minimize it. I know my stomach will never be flat and toned unless I have a tuck;) but I don't want bat wings lol
