how do you know if you have stretched the pouch

Hello Everyone~ I too fell victim to the "fixins" over the holidays. Boo-Hoo! Anyway, I do know that carbonated drinks are definitely a "NO NO". I even asked about ginger ale and was told that eventually it can make my band flip over because carbonation makes your stomach enlarge and causes gas. I had the flu and needed something to settle my stomach.

    Depressed breasts

OMG!!!LOL!!! My girls are depressed too!!! LOL! They are beginning to look completely different. I went and bought a more "sturdy" bra but now they seem to look like aircraft!!! I'm thinking that I may need to do more chest exercises to enhance them. Before its all over, I'm scared that I will end up sitting on them! LOL!!!

    Can you eat shrimp?

I love shrimp and have not had any problem with eating them. Just make sure you chew it well (30 times) and enjoy! Start out with bite size ones(salad) to see how well you do. Let me know how it goes!!!!

    Please HELP!

I'm soo sorry that you are going through this~ but just to be on the safe side...I would seek help now. After a fill I am only to stay on liquids for 2 days....and you have covered a week...you do not want to dehydrate yourself. Let me know how things go......
  15. I know the pre-op diet is extrememly hard but once you see those first couple of pounds starting to fall off...it will be soooo worth it. We all have been there and will help you through this. :whoo:
