Everyone is looking fabulous! The scale has started moving again for me. My HW this year 222. SW 218. Today 168. Feeling great. Shopped all day yesterday stopped at Starbucks and opted for a protein strawberry banana non fat smoothie for lunch.

Congrats to everyone!!???????? I spoke to a friend who had a bypass 8 years ago and stalls are normal. My scale finally started moving again. I'm at the lowest point I've been my entire teen and adult life. My highest weight this year was 227. I'm at 172 as of this morning. Still only 42 pounds down since surgery day, but now the scale is moving down again I'm feeling much better.

I just found this app and registered. My surgery was August 19. I've finally lost all my IV fluid post op weight gain. Getting tired of drinking my meals. No major issues so far just very tired and finding it hard to get in 3 protein shakes a day.
