I just found out I have lost 16.5 pounds since my surgery September 26!!

Thanks! I cut the pills in half take half and wait a couple of minutes and take the other half. Capsule pills I mix with sf pudding and take.

I had surgery September 26 and I also crushed my pills! After I saw this post I stopped and haven't had any problems!

Even before surgery I couldn't have eaten that much cottage cheese! Lol!

I had 2 tbs of cottage cheese and 2 soda crackers! It was yummy and I was full! Had surgery September 26!! I know saltines are not good but are soda crackers ok?
