    I miss crab Rangoon too but it's so awful for us. Anything to avoid pain and nausea. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk Yup. I did find a recipe for crab Rangoon dip that's made with light cream cheese. And you can baked the wonton skins. So it won't be as bad but definitely will be a special occasion food. That sounds so good, Please do share your crab Rangoon dip recipe, it would be much appreciated.
  2. Cemmons, first I commend you for taking control of your life. Do you have a support system? This forum can be absolutely wonderful when you're looking for recipes, or people to relate to, or even that encouraging word when needed. My family has been very supportive from the very beginning so it's hard for me to imagine anyone else not having that. But were certainly glad you joined and we're here for you!! Welcome. Thank you for your support and help. I am sure that I will utilize this forum with a bombardment of questions.
  3. My surgery date is January 15th, I have the pre-admission testing January 9th and 1 week of liquid starting the 9th of January. I am so excited but haven't told none of my kids or mother n law. I jam afraid of the watchful eyes and the readiness to point out if I am not losing weight fast enough of how it was probably a failure. I am just trying to avoid that for the time being, I will eventually tell them but probably after some noticeable weight loss. I just find my family so pessimistic about things and I don't need that right now.
