  1. Bring it on!!! I almost wanna get the address to the folks in the marajuana thread and send em all a brownie so they will chill out. I gotta say again..us April folks are great!!!
  2. Breathe...this too shall pass! You are very much understandably nervous and stressed. In the end it's all worth it. You will look back and can't believe how different life is now from what it's doing to be in the future. I was very much a bundle of anxiety. I tried my best to calm down by warm baths and trying to take walks. We are here for u! This too will pass and u are going to do great!!!
  3. I had a drain tube after RNY. It wasn't removed until right now before I left the hospital. The hole was just covered with a bandage. It's very much a weird sensation with about 8inches of tubing being removed. Not painful just weird.
  4. I'm very much intimidated by gyms and l the fit folks who seem to know a heck of a lot more about what's going on than I do. I made a friend who went with me and we stuck to a buddy system. I feel incredibly awkward and having her go with me helped. I still feel awkward and like the world would be standing there like wth is she doing when I run outside. Idk maybe it's something we will get past
  5. Lol I live here and I haven't even been inside of a shop!! Maybe y'all should come see me and I could get brave enough to go!! Right now with the funky mood I've been in I am pretty sure my family would love to see me high and goofy.
  6. Just wanna say sorry I haven't really been as supportive or even vocal lately. You guys mean the world to me. I've been stuck in my own misery of how life has changed and turned so crazy and trying to set my axis back down so my world can get back upright. We April folks have been thru a lot. I love and admire the strength I have seen displayed despite all the pain, health crisis, and just hard times that's came. We have almost made our year anniversary. I don't know if we knew it could ever be like this. I just want y'all to know I appreciate you guys and all the support I have received. Stay strong April folks. Love y'all!!!
  7. You look amazing! I'm so sorry for all the loss and hurt you have had to endure. Praying for u and the boys!! Oh I forgot also my Pinterest got hacked if u wanna try to find me again I created a new account

Ok I'm passing a virtual joint to the whole thread! Peace folks!!!
  9. I think it's quite normal and a lot stall around that time frame. Just remember..this too shall pass!!! Good luck!!
  10. Congrats!!!! Speedy recovery
  11. Can u call the nutritionist u used? I would definitely consult my dr as well. I think if I remember u are over a year post so please consult them. I know now as my year approaches somethings are harder for me as well and I made that decision if it starts slipping I'm determined to try to regain control. Seek help before things overwhelm you. Good luck!
  12. I waited til I was several months out. My surgeon recommended 6 months and I've heard of some recommending a year. I worried about the sugar and how it would affect my weight loss so that's why I followed that rule. Now I just have to watch because my tolerance is low and can be really caught up in a hurry with feeling it. Good luck!
  13. Interested in what others have to say as I'm right in the same place as u. Congrats on the amazing loss!!! We April folks have came so far!!!!
  14. Hope u have loads of fun! I'd do like Dori suggested. I usually have to do that with all the travels I've been doing.
  15. Yay Terry!!! I am so relieved for you!! So glad you found it!!!
  16. So very sorry to hear of her complications. I can only pray for her return to health. Prayers for her and your family
  17. Oh no!! This has been a big fear for me also mine is quite loose. I pray u find it!!
  18. Congrats on your surgery and awesome loss! That's impressive. My 1st bit after surgery Zofran was my best friend. I think a lot of people have issues with nausea after surgery. If you don't have any Zofran perhaps you can get your dr to call you some in. Worked wonders for me. Good luck!
  19. So sorry girl not to mention that's crappy on his part. Seek a new dr for a second opinion. His answer isn't a good enough reason I would want to know why!! Good luck!!!
  20. Good luck and prayers your way!!
  21. Congrats!!!!! An awesome amount of weight loss!!!
  22. Hi and welcome! If I can be of any help please let me know. Loads of great folks here! Good luck with your upcoming surgery!!!!
  23. Missing FL!!!! It's a sore subject. Just left FL to move to CO and I've not been warm a single day since. Hubby retires and we are headed back. Hate the cold.
