  1. Walked 2 miles, 15 minutes on elliptical and did lunges and leg weights. My arms are still sore from arm weights yesterday...
  2. I win!! I am by far the slowest loser on this board. Dos 219 (6/12/13) Cw 194 Grand total of 25 since surgery. I lost 10 lbs the month prior to surgery so in my mind that's 35 since may 12th. Im still happy with it.
  3. Too funny! Tonight was my first time in the gym in a year. I was stressed until I got going. I used to love yoga!!
  4. Today was the first day I felt smaller. It was wonderful! I am 35 lbs down since 5/12 and finally feel it! 180s here I come! 4 more lbs to go!!
  5. 3 ounces grilled steak and 1 tablespoon black beans. Homemade chimuchurri with a 1/2 teaspoon olive oil. Yum!
  6. I use myfitnesspal. I've used it since 2007. I was banded in 2008 so it was with me through that journey too. I was revised to RNY due to issues with my band on 6/12/13. This has been a journey but isn't all adventures in life? While new to RNY I am not new to WLS but am thrilled with my results so far. I have lost 26 lbs since 6/12/13. In some circles there would be wailing and gnashing of teeth for that 'little' amount. For me it is a victory I Celebrate every Wednesday when I bust my scale out... Dirty little secret....I think weighing every day sets us up for disappointment so I only weigh once a week. I never see the tiny fluctuations just the 'little' victories.
  7. I am a huge proponent for food logs. Anytime I've been successful with weight loss food logs have been the primary tool in my arsenal. I am religious about mine because now instead of overeat I have the propensity toward not eating. Logging everything keeps me honest. Newbies, don't fight it.. embrace the dark side. !
  8. No eggs for me either sadly. They make me wanna puke thinking about them
  9. I can't wait either! We're all rooting for you soccer momma!
  10. I don't like the Quest bars either. They are too sweet and weird texture. Im not a fan of Protein bars tho. I've been drinking Chike coffee flavored protein. 130 calories and 20 grams protein! I put 4 ice cubes and Water and zapped in my ninja and ut tastes like a frappucino to me
  11. 2 ounces of watermelon. I hadn't had protein in hours and paid the penalty.
  12. My dr called me back. They are going to try prednisone. Im concerned about the urine too so he wants me to come to the office. Hubby on his way home to take me now.
  13. I am having the worst gout attack of ny life. I have had it before and it was always in my big toe. This time it is my entire foot from the ankle down. I am in so much pain and can't take anything. I haven't slept in two days. Im trying to drink a lot of Water but even that isn't working as I'm hardly peeing at all. On top of all of that I am so constipated I can hardly stand the pain anymore. I have no appetite and haven't eaten since the foot flared on Saturday. I just had to rant. it's better than the crying I can't stop.
  14. Yay!!! Im praying it stays there or lower.
  15. Swam for an hour
