  1. It is powdered Peanut Butter. Regular and/or chocolate. It is very good, you mix it with Water, actually I mix mine with premier chocolate ready to drink mix. Adds more Protein when I dip my apple it in. I have to have my chocolate everyday. It has become a staple in my diet. 2 tablespoons have 45 calories, 2 grams of fat and 4 grams of protein.. My nut told me when I eat fruit needed to have some form of protein so it works for me. Good stuff and very yummy!!!

  2. My wife had her surgery in May of last yr, doing great I might add. She has had a Migraine since Monday night. She is sleeping now and if she wakes up again with we r headed to the emergency room. I know since she had surgery there r something's she can't take anymore. But what can she take to make it go away and/or ease up a bit. It's not fun to see someone you love hurtin like this. This is her husband and it's killing me to see how bad she is. HELP

  3. Been a rough journey so far. Lost my best friend a week after surgery. She had motorcycle accident. Lost 3 work friends 2 weeks after going back to work, but still lost 80 lbs. this week I lost my job. I am hoping that being at a normal weight it will be easier to find another job. Started 265 was 185 today. Still want to lose 25 more but things r not on my side I am afraid.

  4. I am 4 months out and I get hungry. But it doesn't take much to make the hunger go away. For me (I know everyone is different) it was one of the easiest things I have ever done. I was ready and willing to do what needs to be done. I am down 75 lbs and loving my new life. Still have about 30 more to lose but it will come off. You can do this. The liquid diet is the hardest part of the journey.

  6. well 4 months ago my life changed forever. I am down 70 lbs got 35 more to go. Look and feel better than I have in a while. People ask me if I would do it again. IN A HEARTBEAT. Best decision I ever made. Have not had any complications, no foods bother me. I can eat almost anything I want (just smaller amounts). I am looking forward to the rest of my life I am hoping for a long healthy one.

  7. It will get better. I am 6 weeks out. The crying has finally stopped. My dr. Told me the surgery makes us very emotional. The pain is gone. My stomach is almost back to its natural color. It was so bruised it was almost dark black. I still can't lay flat for a long period of time. And I will talk to him tomorrow about that. And hang in there. Right now it may not feel like it. But It will be worth it. Just like having a baby. After you see the results you forget about the pain.

  8. Found out today I have an uncommon side effect of the surgery. I can't burp. So when drinking am pushing air into pouch and since it ain't coming out of the other way it is stuck in my pouch and causing lots and lots of pain. Dr tells me this will go Way, but it's almost like a baby with colic. Worse pain I have ever had in my life. So now I am siping little sips finally feeling better today side not hurting as bad.
