  1. There are a few ways. I tried the one that is ready to drink so I didn't have tondo anything. I am going to get the powder one and see if it tastes as good. They are a little pricey but waaaaaay better than the other ones I have tried.
  2. The strips didn't help me at all. The only thing that helped was the chewable gas-x. Even then it was still painful. I am sorry you are not feeling well still. I am still having a lot of pain too, but up and moving some. I am with you on walking just hurting more. The more I walk, the more my tummy plus down and my muscles hurt on the inside. I have taken an old pair of leggings and cut the top to make it a compression type thing, and then tied the leg portions together around me so that I can have some back support. It has really helped a lot!!! It just can't be too tight or it hurts more.
  3. I just bought the carb master yogurt because of the high protein and really low carb content.
  4. Oh I see. Lol! I have also seen a banana cream one made by Pure Protein and that one is less expensive. I am going to try that one and see if it is as good. It has made it easier to get all my protein in, don't have to force myself. Totally worth the price.
  5. I found them at Fry's but they are a little expensive there. I am going to look for them other places to compare costs. The strawberry cream one is good too! The banana is the best.
  6. I just started the banana cream Muscle Milk shakes. They are yummy, no chalky taste at all. Just tastes like pie. Lol!
  7. That is awesome! I am just past 2 weeks and am still hurting a lot from the pilled muscle in my stomach. Been doing more and more but it is tough most days. Can't wait to get to the point where I feel good enough to get to work out. I have been able to eat just fine. Just really tired.
  8. Awww that is lucky! I am STILL on mine. 8 days of torture...
  9. I am 13 days out and have had pain on my left side this whole time. I pulled a muscle on the left side of my belly button on day 4 and have had issues with it ever since. When I stand, it is like something is pulling down my cut and sending pain all the way through my back. It has gotten better day by day, but still hurts a lot. I have also been trying to only make calculated moves, and I think I am overcompensating with the right side so it is sore now too. I just keep Ice on and next to the incision, and also wear a wrap that holds my tummy up a little bit. Not too tight, just enough so it doesn't pull and feel too painful to stand up. Sorry you have not felt well. I am right there with you.
  10. I have found the Banana Creme muscle milk protein shake and it is amazing!!! I could totally get all my protein in if it tastes like this. Wow!!! If you haven't tried it, try it.
  11. I also found a turkey chili with no beans and 98% fat free. Very low carbs. I think it will be very good too!
  12. I just found a Morning Star Turkey Burger Pattie with avocado in it in the freezer section. 23gm protein and hardly any fat or carbs. Gonna try it.
  13. Yay! 57 pounds down since my highest weight. 14 lbs since the day of surgery. That makes the pain a little easier to take. Lol.
  14. Me as well. Was very concave right after surgery, but not as noticeable now that I am losing weight.
  15. That sounds yummy!!! I have been taking two bites of talapia every 4 hours. Lol! It is good too. I am just wanting to get to the next stage.
  16. Mine were glued and taped too. That looks painful, but I have one that still hurts some. I would ice that to keep swelling and redness down. Ice has saved me this last few weeks.
  17. I totally have! Couldn't stand the boring chicken broth anymore. I also found that the Knorr chicken powder in a big bottle tastes like ramen broth but is a big bottle for just a small price. :-)
  18. Awesome! I still have a few days before I can have fish or the mushy foods. I am having a hard time with the protein shakes and stuff. Just want to chew some food that has flavor.
  19. How long ago was your surgery? I can't wait to eat fish. Soooo sick of soup.
  20. How is everyone doing today? Anyone eat something other than cream soup? I want to eat fish soooo bad. I am sick of soup and protein shakes!!
  21. Yay! Today I hit 50 lbs lost since my highest weight. Started my journey at 391 on 2/12/2013. Surgery date 4/15, and now at 341!!! Now, if only I could get in all my protein it will just keep coming off. Was sure sore the last couple of days and SOOO tired.
  22. Yup, that friggin pizza smell gets me every time. And have you seen how many commercials there are for pizza, seriously? Only 10 days out, cannot even think of pizza right now.
  23. I wasn't taking them much until this evening because of the pain. Hurting pretty bad tonight, and was soooooo tired today. Hopefully tomorrow is better.
  24. Aww I am glad you are doing well. I had a good day yesterday, so that probably makes it worse too. Day 8 was good for me, day 9 was rough, hopefully day 10 is awesome.
