I finally came off of my 3 1/2 week stall and lost five lbs this weekend!!!!

Kinsse what did it show that your dr was upset about?? I have an appt tomorrow...I feel like I'm not losing as fast as I should be...guys we will see...I've been stalled for about two weeks...as a matter of fact, I gained a lb this morning...makes me not even want breakfast....ugh!!!

I pretty much use pain Greek yogurt on anything I would normally have used sour cream on....protein!!!! Lol -

My surgery was August 6th...I have stalled alot..down 33 lbs since surgery...nothing thus far has made me sick...I haven't eaten sweets... -
I'm with you girls...had surgery August 6th...weighed 303 that day...now 270...actually a few days has been 271...I feel stuck...

Depends on what your doctor's require...my dr required weightloss if you weighed over 500 lbs or had a bmi greater than 60...

I take a bariatric chewable in the morning, also a prevacid (I will take this for six months after surgery). Two hours later I take a calcium citrate, two hours later another and then two hours later another...

Surgery was August 6th...down 32.4 lbs....yay!!!

Tuesday will be 5 weeks out for me and I'm down 30lbs since surgery. Down 49 total since liquid diet started...finally feel like I'm getting somewhere!!!

My husband works I pizza hut so I had him make me a thin crust taco pizza...lots of protein as he packed on the refried beans a.d beef for me...could only eat a very small slice but was so good and a nice change!! -
Add plain greek yogurt in place of sour cream...even more protein!!

I haven't puked...but I definately feel ya about the nasty protein...I have only been able to do it in coffee and sometimes it takes me all day to drink it...Lol...I also have done refried beans, cheese, plain Greek yogurt with some taco seasoning...stack your protein...I wish they must made protein in a damn pill!!!

Hey misswifey...looks like we are doing about the same...my surgery was the 6th...I was 303 the day off surgery and thus morning 4 weeks out was 279...I'm feeling like a slow loser too!! But at least its coming off...I have been putting a scoop of the vanilla body fortress protein powder in a cup of coffee along with sugar free french vanilla creamer...not wonderful as I'm not a big coffee drinker...but 30 grams of protein!!

I take a bariatric chewable made by procare...you can order it online...it doesn't taste great, but its one a day...and that's all I have to take other than calcium citrate because the vitamin had everything else I need in it...and the best part is, its only $10/bottle!

I can't have fish yet...I don't really like it but I love tuna...Tuesday starts my next stage...yay!!

Ok so I've been having a hard time getting protein in...today I tried something that just might work...I got a cup of coffee, added sugar free french vanilla creamer and a scoop of vanilla protein which had 30 grams of protein...not what I would call delicious, but doable...
