I have united healthcare, and thank you. Good luck finding a surgeon! I keep hoping I will feel better once all the jiggly-gross is gone.....

I just celebrated my one year anniversary! I have lost 106lbs, which was 77% excess weight lost. I have to admit that I am still feeling lost, and fat(does that ever go away?) I feel like I sabotage myself. My weight has been EXACTLY the same since
February, and it is super frustrating. I weigh 166lbs and can't seem to lose anything else. On a positive note, I just got approved for skin removal on my stomach, yay!

Speaking just for myself, I started at a huge 42F and I am now at a 38DD and the have shrunk/firmed nicely.

We are just south of Denver, at Fort Carson. The weather here has been on the fritz lately! Snow is so unpredictable in December, they are predicting lots of it this year.Headed to outside of Denver. It's so expensive there. I had my meltdown last night.

I was hitting stalls when I was eating very little calories each day, I bumped up to 1200 and am losing steadily again.

I could not take the wads of hair any longer. Went today and had about 6 inches cut off. She put some long layers in and does help it to look fuller. Not use to this barely to my shoulder length but hopefully won't have such massive handsfull coming out since it's short. Maybe I will learn to like it.
I know exactly what you mean! My hair was 2/3rd's the way down my back and I hacked off 12 inches. It feels so much lighter and looks so much healthier! I would never have imagined that a bob would look cute on me, but now that my fat face is gone, I kinda love it.

Hello ONEDERLAND! I thought this day would never come! First huge goal, CRUSHED!

That is impressive. I am nearly 4 months out and have to force myself to get 700 calories. I struggled to get more than 400 for the first 2 months.I am 3 wks today, and i can comfortable eat 700-800 calories...it seemed to turn around right about two weeks...

What us your 6 month goal? There is no way I would get to goal weight in 6 months. I am hoping for about 10 lbs per month at this point....after the initial weight loss.
Goal is 150 dream goal is 140.

I've only lost 5 pounds this month. I feel like my surgery is failing me.... I've tried upping my calories, lowering my calories, exercising more/less. I am 3 pounds away from being under 200 and I just can't seem to get there. I'm coming up on 4 months post-op and I just feel like I should be further along, there is no way I will make goal by 6 months, ugh. Just a little frustrating, I suppose, maybe I should blame it on the altitude here, lol.

I stalled again. This is so very discouraging! I went from 210 to 214, how is it that losing 60 pounds hardly feels like anything, but gaining 4 pounds makes me feel like a heifer! ugh! Can't wait for this stall to be over, it has been over a week now.

I've always been chesty, which I always loved but they started to hurt my back in the past few years. I went from a 42F to a 38DD. I wish they would stay this size. I just want a lift and small implant to make them perky again.

Silly, I know, but how about putting on a regular towel instead of a bath sheet when you get out of the shower! Sorry if TMI!
Totally the best feeling!!

Ong I feel so sick I had salad for dinner and it went down great and about 20 min later I started feeling nauseas I took zofran but it won't go away after...I alsi realized a few min ago last time I ate salad the same thing happened ...ugghh hate feeling sick anyone else have this happen with salad ?Sent from my SCH-I535 using RNYTalk
I haven't been brave enough to try salads yet. eggs and cheese do it to me every time, though. Of course, I forget that they don't agree with me and eat it and then feel like crud for a couple hours. They were a staple for me in the first 4weeks post-op. it's crazy how things change!
