well I'm the opposite I really wasn't doing well with food I can't tolerate meat but veggie u can I can't do shakes but I force it I'm back walking 3miles I just start last week my energy is back a little allergic to shrimp lol I'm scared to try certain food don't want to get sick but I'm doing much better at least I'm eating I get all my Water in Mz Shay
