I know that was my problem! My pants were ready to burst preop! Sadly, the day I officially decided to take this journey I was at the store picking up Vitamins and while trying to decide if I wanted regular ones or some weight loss formula I knocked down an item accidentally... when I bent down to pick it up my pants completely split up the butt... talk about a sign!

I think it's because when your overweight, your always trying to squeeze into a size smaller than what we are... So when we lose it takes longer to get to that smaller size!!

You just need to mash it well. I do run it through the food processor real quick with the mayo. It's just easier to get down... Remember to chew!

Well today is the day I will be joining the losers bench. I go for 8:00 am. I'm just a little nervous but I know God has my back. Thanks for everyone's support.

Hello everyone!! I had my surgery yesterday at about 8:30 am... Everything went wonderful!! I was so surprised that I wasn't scared or nervous!! I have hardly any pain, it's amazing. I haven't walked around today yet, but yesterday I walked around 3 different time 5 laps each. No problems except for some nausea while walking. I've had a headache since yesterday morning that won't go away!! They said its probably from lack of caffeine. They are starting me on some Clear Liquids today, hopefully that will go well.. Fingers crossed

Everything is so surreal right now!! Im starting to get butterflies just thinking about surgery on Monday!! I have to be there for 7 am!! I'm excited and nervous at the same time!! My journey started in August.. This day never seemed like it was going to come.. And now it's here!!! OMG!!!!

I feel like I'm nesting. Making sure the house is spotless. Laundry done. Meals planned out for my two boys. Wow! So excited, the 26 th is almost here!! Agh!! Good luck to everyone tomorrow. I've been doing house work and laundry getting ready for Monday morning. I have to be there at 5:15 AM for a 7:15 surgery. Ready to get this ball rolling. Excited, nervous you name it. Snow tomorrow--supposed to get a massage. Thought that would be good for stress. Hope we can get to the hospital Monday morning.
