I have no prior heart issues and my pre surgery ekg was normal. I'm 25 yes old.

Hi guys. I'm about three months post op and in the last two weeks I have had super bad heart burn three times. I had it real bad prior to the surgery but thought it was my lap band causing it. It is worse than when I've gone to the emergency room for it. It helps after taking tums but if I don't have any with me I am in tears and I feel it through my whole chest, back and shoulders. Is any one else having an issue. I though rny was supposed to stop this?

Mope. Actually pretty slow. I'm three months out and 34lbs down.

You may have something else going on other than hunger. You may need a shoulder MRI. Also physical therapy to keep it from freezing.

The doctor just sais to eat oat meal to try to bind my stools, but I have hypoglycemia and the oat meal caused an issue with that. I may try to not eat dairy for a few days and see if that helps.

I just started skin id. It seems to be helping some.

In ave a lot of little bumps on my face and also quite a few under skin ones that scab over because I can't stop picking. I hope I don't scar.

I eat a mini whole wheat bagel with low fat cream cheese for Breakfast. I have tuna salad and wheat thins for lunch. I will have a couple almonds and a cheese stick for a snack. For dinner I will have grilled chicken breast with a few bites of mashed potatoes. If I get a sweet tooth later at night I will eat a low fat yogurt. I have had the runs for two months now and I'm three months out from surgery. I now have internal hemorrhoids due to the strain down there. I have to go maybe six times per day. My rear end hurts so bad I cannot sit on it for like 30mins after I go.

I have the runs all day every day. Usually while or just after eating.

My job just moved to sa. I work from home but may have to go to the office up there sometime.

I'm in Houston, Texas.

I really regretted the surgery for about a month. I feel nearly normal now. It gets better. I also struggle with depression. It was a bit worse after surgery but I just kept taking my meds.

I'm worried about losing my butt. I already don't have one. I may end up with nothing left!

I'm doing a bootcamp three times a week. Its kind of like cross fit. It has made me super sore. I had no problem losing weight when walking, but since I started bootcamp i have been stalled. I don't know if I'm gaining muscle instead of fat or what. Also being so sore from bootcamp makes me lay of the couch and not move. I am thinking about going back to walking just so I can have the energy to do other things.

It can be due to the stress of the surgery and may have nothing to do with protein. My doc said if it's going to fall out, its going to fall out. My hair fell out when in had the lap band two years ago and started growing back after three months of losing it. Now I am almost three months post revision and can see my hair is beginning to fall out again, but I'm not worried because I know it will cone back.

I have been using the bra genie. If that's what it's called. They were from an infomercial but now they sell them at Wal-Mart and walgreens or cvs. I have large knockers 42ddd. They offer just enough support with just one on and no uniboob. If I'm going to the gym I put two on for extra support and then it will work like a sports bra. Also, they are stretchy so I have not had to buy new ones yet.

I had that too. It went away when I moved to soft foods.

I was 226 yesterday and did not eat a lot, but I drank five bottles of water... I weighed myself this morning and was 230. How did I go up 4lbs? Very discouraging.

I just bought the e cigs for my husband and I. I'm waiting for them to be delivered. My only concern is the availability of refill cartridges. If I have to order them each time and if they will get here quick enough to keep my husband from going back to regular cigarettes. ..

I've delt with depression for a long time. I have been especially depressed since surgery. My pcp wanted to put me in the hospital psych ward last week, but we just decided to raise my dose of Prozac and see if that helps...
