  10. You are doing great! 125lbs in 5 months is amazing and its also a lot. We all know that stalls are natural and very common. Its great that you've gone this long without one. Continue to stay positive and understand that this is natural plus your weight loss is bound to slow down, because we can't continue to lose 25lbs forever. You are doing great and keep doing what you are doing because you are doing great! And this stall shall and will pass.
  11. So I've been wearing my size 18 work pants for a little over a month now and they are definitely lose so I knew I was going to be purchasing a size 16 next. However I have a big meeting coming up with my job that we have once a year and I'm super excited because no one has really seen me in about 7 months and I look like a totally different person now. Well I've been telling my employees that I was not going to buy my new pants until the end of the month when it was closer time for the meeting (all I wear is black pants). Anyway I went to the store last night just to try on the 16s not planning on buying them and 1st off let me say they were on sale, and 2nd they fit perfectly and they even had a little room in them. So I tried on some 14s! They were tight but I just might be able to be in a 14 by October 1st! After saying all of that the whole purpose of this is to say I've never worn a 16 let alone a 14!
  12. Hope everyone is doing well as we enter into our 4th month post op!
  13. That sounds so good. WhatS the nutritional facts please.

  21. Ok ladies I have taken some experienced advice and started logging on my fitness pal, and I love it. To be honest I tried it once before and I was totally confused so I didn't try it again. However although I am only 3 1/2 months out I think that by doing this for me, this will help me keep things into perspective and be successful long term. So thanks for all the advice and post ladies!
