Had my surgery on Monday. I like the feeling of not being hungry. But boy am I sore.

I can't stand the optifast diet. It doesn't feel me at all. I've been drinking a ton of water to try to stay full -

I had to have two psych evaluation because of my bipolar. My dr. Had to write two letters stating I was ok to have surgery -
Yes same thing happens to me. Just make sure you're drinking plenty of water that's what I'm doing. What day are you on? I'm on day 9 and it sucks. Lol

I started all of mine in September 2012 and my surgery is on February 25. So I had five months of waiting
