My dr and nut had me get flintstone chewables, B12 500 mcg & wellnesse calcium citrate liquid .... The liquid Calcium liquid is orange flavored and soooooo yummy!!! I bought mine right at Walmart

I have always wanted to try Zumba but I am too afraid that the very sight of it will cause animals and small children to seek immediate shelter. LOL

Hilarious!!!! I feel the same way.... Ahhhhh!!! I had some issues with my staples and haven't been able to get out & walk like I've wanted too .... Maybe after 100+ lost I will be okay with Zumba!

Since my preop appt on 1/11 I'm down 28.6.... Not I including the 7 lbs I put back on in hospital .....

Anyone else having stomach aches almost constant without vomiting??

I'm only 5 days out & I had nausea on Friday & then bad gas pain Saturday & Sunday ... I don't feel like I'm getting all the Protein & Fluid intake.... Because of the gas/nausea. ????

My preop diet was Protein shakes (I used Atkins), non starchy veggies, Water & broths..... On DOS I lost 21.3 in 2 wks!!!

Hi I'm 5 days post my RNY (1/29/13) and trying to incorporate more then Water & Clear Liquids but my Atkins shakes seem to make me gassy.... After a few oz ;(. I've read that ppl become lactose intolerant after Surg....I'm sipping not gulping, so is this a symptom? How it feels? Any suggestions?
