All it is summer yellow squash, zucchini, eggplant, onion, green pepper, grape tomatoes all cut up with a turkey kielbasa bake at 425 covered to steam veggies for 25 min then remove tin foil and sprinkle mozzarella cheese and melt!!! ENJOY!!

I cut wonton wrappers (which have 6 gr protein) into triangle and baked ... made wonton chips and dip them into Unjury cheese sauce with some hot sauce & chilis

Stir fry with beef & shrimp .... Red onion, zucchini, yellow squash, broccoli & green pepper

Steamed broccoli & grilled haddock .... My daughter kept asking "you sure you're gonna finish that whole piece of fish?"

A local store here has Dole Whip.... I tolerated & I've tried ff/sf frozen yogurt that that was ok too

I went grocery shopping & noticed a new Greek yogurt in case... It's called powerful yogurt and has 20 gr of protein!!!! Very tasty .... Sugars are on high side but I just looked at one of my Aldi Greek yogurts in fridge and that was 20 gr of sugars.....

All we did was use store premade pie crust & the store brand egg whites in container (like egg beaters) & mozzarella cheese ... My friend was gonna add veggies but kids objected.... Baked til brown & not wiggly in middle!!!

From my highest weight 78.1 from my preop diet (1/14) 50!!!! Feeling amazing!!!!!!

1/4 c homemade loaded potato Soup and 1/2 cup of egg white quiche ((then out for a 90 min walk to burn off))

Wonton crusted mini quiches with Tomato & spinach with guacamole dollop.

NSV:::: a winter coat I purchased Christmas 2011, & couldn't wear comfortably cause arms were too tight & I couldn't button the bottom buttons...... Fits beautifully now!!!!!! Silly I know.... But since I have changed pant sizes yet this is big for me!!!!
