Fabulous February!
Do u have any idea why it happened? This diet even w one small healthy meal is making me too weak, insomnia then oversleeping then wake up and eat a little and sleep again. I constantly feel dehydrated. I was told my shake acts as a diuretic and when I reminded them that my neuro medicine for Fluid is a diuretic and I was concerned they never addressed it. I don't know.

Wonderful!- Fabulous February!
I asked for a female therapist that deals w issues that contributed to my weight gain. I have been seeing her for these inner emotions for a few months now. plus as a therapist its advised that u have a therapist of your own.... But overall their Job is to delve into the why with u and help u process and create new ways of thinking, reacting to the issues that are bigger than the food.... It also helps if u ask for a list of contacts of licensed counselors & then call them and ask. U can speak to the majority of them directly.- Fabulous February!

Still a loss of 84 pounds is nowhere near a small loss... You go girl! Positive. Slow and steady allows you to tighten up and have less issues later. Plus slowing seem to be overcome by others on here, I am sure u will be no different. :-)- Friday Weigh-In!
