    I was told same and I am told that I am not too big in others estimations..... But for my other issues I need the weight to come off fast. It's why I chose bypass.     Well he may have to help more post op..... So how about splitting chores and only doing it on weekends. Cook and freeze or refrigerate a weeks worth of food on a weekend day......( broil, bake, steam, etc). I can't do too much myself.... But I get help from oldest son at times...
