Congrats! Enjoy the morphine and get some rest. Be sure tomorrow to start walking and take your pain meds on cue

I am just stoned because I will never have to sit in the "big guest " seat on the rides and will be able to ride the kiddies rides with my son.

I am usually pretty good at telling when I am full but this evening was not the case! I decided to try turkey meatballs. I ate two and then I was in the most horrible pain. I finally threw up which wasn't bad like before having the bypass lol but I immediately felt better. I am going to have to really pay attention next time I attempt those.

I agree! Head hunger is my biggest issue tight now.

We have season passes to Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, VA. Opening day is March 17th. I am gonna ask my doc when. I see him next week.

Mine was on the 4th. I put dishes in the dishwasher and do light housework like dusting, wiping counters down. My discharge papers actually said no vacuuming.

I was shocked to see so many post op people still on liquid diets.

I had my surgery on the 4 th also. I had to do a 7 day preop liquid diet. I went home on the 6 th and have been on a soft food diet. I am ably to have turkey, chicken, shrimp, fish and crab. tuna also. It is so strange how everyone is doing so many different post op diets.

Sweetie if you feel you need to go then go. You are probably going to have to get ugly and yell and raise some hell with them to get answers. I have been there before and it sucks to do it but only you know the pain your in. If you have to call 911. Praying for you Hun.

I am 7 days post op and I started my B12 & flintstones on post op day 5 and started my vit D3 & Calcium supplement today. No Iron supplement needed because it is in the flintstones.

My doc has me taking two of the Flinstones complete chewable vitamins. That are very tolerable.
