I am also on full liquid diet. I have just been swallowing mine with a tiny amount of water. I space them out through out the morning, afternoon, evening. I did previously read that others suggest crushing and putting in sugar free chocolate syrup. I bought it, but haven't tried my meds in it. Hope today goes better for you. I can say as for the headache (knock on wood) that mine is finally gone. It took 3 days after I left the hospital for it to go away. Hope you start feeling much better, and get to go home HW 227, SW 214, CW 222 - Loss To Date 13lb - Surgery RNY 3/14/13
