I am the 22nd as well. If I were you, of start ordering some Protein samples and figuring out which ones you like. I've heard that tastes change post surgery so samples are great. I have also stocked up on sugar free jellos, crystal light to mix with protein, broth, and ready to drink protein (adkins advantage are good). I just got insurance approval, it took only a few days. Very excited! We have a group called April dates if you wanna join everyone there!

It is such a learning process for Ya!! I think you are right when you say schedule. Soon it will be second nature to us. The better you feel the easier it will become! Good luck!
