  15. Try cutting out some of the caffeine. I have noticed that since I started really digging into how you feel if you eat the wrong things, I have been more wary of what i am eating and how i feel. Someone posted signs your pouch is full. i noticed that i tend to have a runny nose about halfway through my meals that i never noticed before. SO i stop. I have been doing this for about a week and lost 5 lbs. I also have pcos ( just found out finally) and i am now 6 days clean from diet coke. It makes a big difference if you can get over the hump. Where are you having your surgery done?
