Hi Matilda, great to hear you are doing so well. I am really struggling. I have been hungry and able to eat anything since last week! I have really tried to stick to 1000cals and even though I havent gone over my weight has just gone up then down but stayed static. I have still kept off the 29lb but not lost anymore. I am really going through a roller coaster of emotions. But I guess thats why they call this Bandster Hell! Well done sticking to liquids for so long! I am more than ready to go back to work! I have never had 3 weeks off in my life but now I have a weeks holiday as we have my partner's sons for the week so I wont be back to work until the 19th April. I can not tell you how much I need a fill aaarrrggghhh. Hope work was ok today x
