Hi Laurel, I think I did the same thing as I am more achy today. How are you doing with drinking? I have only had water, tea and milk but really small quantities. I know I am not getting enough water. But if I drink more than a few sips I get a tight sensation in my chest so have to stop. And I am not hungry at all. How are you all doing with the fluids?
