Down 90 lbs from my highest weight! Surgery was12/05/12

Hooray! The scale finally budged after 2 weeks! 29 lbs gone!

I did it guys!!!!!
700 calories, 61g Protein (my nut only requires 60), and will be at 32oz of Water before bed. Water could be better, but this is my best day so far. Not to mention my potassium symptoms are gone and I've successfully completed 2 days of nursing school. (Was terrified of failing due to not feeling well) AND I got my first THREE iv attempts in the first try. I'm amazing

Omg!! Are you serious?!? So, you can still have Decaf though right? Now I'm worried!!

Thanks. I've lost 21 since surgery. Hopefully I can keep going down :-) I'm a slow loser, BUT I'm losing that's what matters.

Well it is official!!!!!! After gaining a little, I finally went back down and I am in the 240's now (Yes I wasn't suppose to weigh myself until tomorrow, but I couldn't stop myself). Next goal.....the 230's!

It is so good to hear from you Simply Southern. Keep your chin up! By now it can only get better!
Lisa, I'm so sorry that you are going through all of this! Hopefully your doctor can finally figure everything out for you soon!
I too am now struggling with some weight gain. It helps to come on hear and read everyone elses issues, and they are not far from our own.
We are all truly blessed to have a brand new lease on life! 2013 will rock for us all!

I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas! I am feeling soooo much better. I'm able you drink more, but still not getting everything in. I made stuffing today, which is my favorite! I tried a single bread cube and all went well. I even got on the scale today. 7lbs down since my surgery wednesday. I say that is, not a bad start.
I hope everyone got through their family meals well. It definitely was different then years past.

Happy Holidays everyone! Had my surgery 12-12-12 including the 2 week liquid diet I am down 30 pounds! I am doing a happy dance all around the Christmas tree! I know I have a ways to go but I am looking forward to a new year and a new me.
