Pinterest! !!! Follow me. Lisa McGowin. I have a board called post op foods and I have tons of yummy recipe's all bariatric friendly. There are a lot of weight loss surgery patients I follow on there and get new recipe's almost daily!

All of you look fantastic! I don't think I look different yet. Im 4 weeks post op down to 213 from high weight of 240.

So I'm losing weight again! In fact I just lost 4 lbs overnight! Was stuck at 226 a few days ago but now I'm 220. Total weight loss including preop is 20 lbs. I'm very happy!

Itching!!!!!!! Omg! My belly itches so bad around all my incisions. Does anyone else have this? I've been putting on lotion but it's not helping. Maybe I need an anti-itching one?
