Of course we rock!! Lol. I'm just glad so many of us are still on here. It's great to have people at the same stage. :-)

I got back on the scale today and finally started losing again. Down 53lbs! Hooray!

I found onederland today- 199.4 but ill take it! You all are doing great. We worry too much. It will come off.

Some people need smacked. Period. You have done amazingly well. I know it's hard but try to ignore her. This is a new life not a race and I know you know that. You will be way better off then her in the long run. Who brags about eating without puking. Gag.

I am ten weeks and I'm battling to hit 40 since surgery. I'm almost there. I have a meeting with my Dr tomorrow so I will see if I get any advice. I know they want me at about 900 calories a day and 70 grams of Protein. When I get the protein in I seem to lose. My calories are around 750. If I can get in more exercise I'll up my calories.

That is a good point! I forced myself to back off the scale because seeing a .1 loss was driving me nuts... now I've been stuck gaining and losing the same 3.5 lbs and I want to scream... then I remember how much better clothes are fitting! I know I'm losing inches so I have to count my blessings. Again, without the surgery I never would have dropped over 50lbs this quickly! None of us are going to suddenly wake up at our goal weight so until then at least we have each other for support. We will all get there together!

I have to go buy some clothes this payday. My 16's are so baggy in the butt area looks like I've taken a dump in them and constantly having to pull then up. It's hard yo believe 3 months ago I was 22-24's. I an going to try on this time and start with 12's knowing I probably need 14's but you never know I an still on a rapid weight loss week losing still about a pound a day. Don't know what I an doing different but I am not changing it lol

My body irritates me. I'm down almost 60 lbs but only two sizes. :/

My clothes are to big on me. Hell I'm 4 sizes smaller than the jeans I wear. However my work pants are elastic so I'm doing ok there. Trying to hold off a month before I buy clothes. Want to be down one more size?

Good for you! I had some stuff from 2011. I had lost some and then gained it back (hence the RNY). but I am now almost out of those pants. In about 20 pounds, I am seriously in trouble.

Just initiated operation clothes purge II. Almost 70 pounds gone since start of weight lose. Surgery 7 November. Feel just wonderful! Highest weight 291. Current weight is 225.5. Looking forward to losing more!

I had to go buy a new bra tonight. I haven't bought any new clones yet I just wanted to try on jeans see what size I was. 4 sizes smaller. I'm almost the same size I was in high school!

I guess I'll ease up a little with the disappointment. It seems we are all around the same loss. Maybe it's is where we should be or our week was cursed lol.

I think this is why I do shakes and a Protein Bar now and then. Love the label and it's easy. Love yogurt and baby bel cheese for the same reason.

I am excited! I got my first comment, today from a co-worker. Telling me that I look great!

I had my follow up yesterday!! Down 51 lbs from the beginning of my journey! What a major accomplishment!!

Thanks ladies I will call the doc today as it seems to be getting worse I have to work with teenagers all day I hope they are kind I will try the ice as well that sounds really nice.
And congrats on the 32 pounds that is awesome

I was down 32 at my 6 wk apt too! Way to go!!!!
