That's funny! Lol
I keep noticing my shoulders - they look downright petite if you don't look a little lower and notice the bat-wings! And is anyone else finding that some chairs are not as comfortable anymore? Evidently we have bones in our butts! Who knew? Lol
I hear you on the shoulders and the butt bones!!

Try upping your calories and Protein. I stall all the time but I am now getting anywhere from 70-100 grams a day and almost 1000 and been loosening like a lb a day the last two days. I am sure I will stall again. It seems to be a pattern with me. I'm almost 4 mos.

Ya that's always best to ask your doctor. I am just anal that way. It helps me feel in control. It also helps to know what calorie level I'm at so I can make adjustments as needed.

Lol' date=' what can I say, I have stubborn fat. I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt, that I'd stall right at 200. I haven't been <200 since high school! I think they have a pool going at work to see how long it takes me <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />HW 312, pre-op (RNY) 255, current weight 200.6[/quote']
I stalled at 200 for two weeks!! Happy to report that I am now 197.8!! It will go but you might have to trick it!! I ate more calories then dropped it down for a day! Did the trick!!

I'm choking down nectar. I have a chike sample I can try' date=' and I haven't tried Unjury. That's my plan, increase my meals and 2 shakes a day. The plan is still far from reality, but I have to start somewhere![/quote']
One thing I tried was to add orange crystal light to the vanilla one. Tastes like a cream cycle!! You can add things to those shakes to make them better. Some people add those sugar free Torini to them but I never did try it. You will find one that you like hopefully!! The Unjury is pretty good.

That's awesome. I'm 3 months out as well & 79pds down (35 before surgery). Tomorrow is my 3 month doc apt so I wonder what that scale will say.
