  1. I haven't seen a lot of discussion about hair loss with this surgery' date=' but it s one of the side affects I am most afraid of. I have a lot of gray hair so go in for color every six weeks - will I be able to continue that? I am in a position where I have to look and dress professional and just thinking about gray thinning hair is giving me nightmares![/quote']

  4. Lol' date=' what can I say, I have stubborn fat. I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt, that I'd stall right at 200. I haven't been <200 since high school! I think they have a pool going at work to see how long it takes me <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

    HW 312, pre-op (RNY) 255, current weight 200.6[/quote']

I stalled at 200 for two weeks!! Happy to report that I am now 197.8!! It will go but you might have to trick it!! I ate more calories then dropped it down for a day! Did the trick!! :)

  5. I'm choking down nectar. I have a chike sample I can try' date=' and I haven't tried Unjury. That's my plan, increase my meals and 2 shakes a day. The plan is still far from reality, but I have to start somewhere![/quote']

One thing I tried was to add orange crystal light to the vanilla one. Tastes like a cream cycle!! You can add things to those shakes to make them better. Some people add those sugar free Torini to them but I never did try it. You will find one that you like hopefully!! The Unjury is pretty good.
