I bought some but have not tried it yet but I will maybe tonight.

Unjury is really good! I like it a lot. I make the vanilla and add orange crystal light and it tastes like a creamcicle. The chocolate is super good too. They even have a no flavor that you can add to other food.

The Costco ones are really good and low in far and sugar. They are in the meat section not the ones in the restaurant section. If you have Costco where you are. -

Today was my second meeting with the nutritionist and social worker, whoo on to blood work and then seeing the surgeon!! I'm starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel!!

I love mashed cauliflower. I just cook it until real soft then use I can't believe it's not butter small amount of fat free milk and salt and pepper. Really good. Or you can add weight watcher cream cheese. Super good. You can tell a difference but not a lot. Consistency is a tad different. -

At kaiser they say at least 4 weeks. So you get used to your new eating and gain strength back. -

I just got my results back, had at home study jan 7. I had too hook myself up to a box thing that sat in my chest. It was super hard to sleep and I found out that I have mild apnea. So I have to get a machine.

I don't think the Adkins ones have a lot of sugar. Not sure about slim fast. I tried a sample pack from unjury online it is really good. Either no sugar or very little and I think 21grams of protien and 100 calories per scoop. -
