I had my informational seminal on may 31,12.then on june '12 i had my first phisical and nutricionist seminar and phicological apt she mig clear u at the first apointment but u have to show them that you really ok and prepare for the change,but if u had a phykiatric ect.she wont clear u til that doc send her a letter of nececity to her,i whent to my primary doct. To get a necessity papers ,i had a kj text ect.then i saw my nutricionist for 3 months till she clear me.other text i have it done before all that procces cause i had problem with my bleder and kidneys so they ask for all those x rays as long they are current like 3 months.i got approve in september and in octuber 9th,12 was my surgery .im doing fantastic ,no pain,at the begining in the hospital you feel full of gas and all that disconfort but every1 is deferent with the process to get aprove and recuperation,i wish you the best luck and welcome to the new you,is a great decition that you will learn to be healthy and mantaing your self healthy and beautyfull surgery 10/09/2012

Tottis estoy triste pq mal entendi cuanta proteina era que tenia k tomar ,pues mi paper dice 8oz por dia, so esas 8 oz las tengo k dividir asiendolas 2oz y medias 3 veces al dia k hacen 8oz.pues fui tan bruta k no se como diache me estuve tomando 8oz tres veces al dia ,por eso me sentia tan llenisima sin poder caminar,menos mal k me di de cuenta hoy pq si nooo ,nunca veia cambios de pesos jamas surgery 10/09/2012

Today is my 4th day after surgery,i weigh my self and i lost 5 pounds from 225 im 220.i feel much better,i dont feel with gas like yesterday ,gush i couldnt sleep by moving side to side cause my belly was so gassy.but today i feel with no pain,just tired,the only thing is the pills ugh some are not cheweable so i have to take it easy cause gave me lil pain ,i walk a little bit twice already,and feeling tired.i been drinking my protains ,sipping Water and sf.jello.later some chicken broth.but i doing better that days before.no nausea,or dumping sindrome,but i notice that i get hot and sweaty is that normal? surgery 10/09/2012

Totti yo tambien me enviaron hoy.mi recuperación a sido un exito,solo es los gases k son incomodos,pero estoy tan contenta.e caminado un pockito pa no kiero exededme pero la proteina,los carditos me an ido de maravilla,y las pastillas.me alegro mucho por tu recuperación tambien espero que todo te salga bien muchos abrazos.ahi mantenemos en contacto surgery 10/09/2012

If you tall,you loose some inches?,cause in my past i loose shoe sizes,clothes size ,even my rings were falling,im wonderingvif your tallness will shrinm too?lol
