Height masks weight very well. I was 315 at my highest weight and everyone used to lie and tell me how I wasn't that big . But then again I am now 100 lbs lighter and now their telling me I'm TOO thin... I've just learned to ignore the comments and keep my eye on my goals.
Congrats on your pre-op appointment! Not much longer now!!!

The great thing about Old Navy is that their plus sizes tend to run big. I lived in Old Navy pre-op, and when you catch a sale you can get things for under $5!!!!!

I just told my kids I was going into the hospital to get healthy and I wouldn't be away long (kids are 7 and 2). Of course my 2 year old didn't care lol but my 6 year old only wanted to know if I was coming back with another baby . I just let my 6 year old know that when I came back I wouldn't be able to do much for a week or so so I would need his help sometime. He was happy to help and everything went well!
