I'm usually 4 bites max. I only get hungry if I choose inappropriate foods. Still with your diet. It will work. And if you try and eat more than you should you will throw up :/

Hello! I'm new too I'm at week 5!

Surgery Day 246lbs 5'4" 9/18/12 216lbs Little to no energy. Have been walking Monday through Friday 45 min each walk. Tired of mushy food!
