  2. Ok so I know that I am crazy but yesterday I called the scheduler for surgery was really hoping to get my date she promised to call e back but did not. I know I am suppose to e patient' date=' but to ave something so close that I can reach out and almost touch it is hard to wait. I was hoping that the squeaky wheel would get results but I was so wrong. So I am still waiting to find out my surgery date and it is driving me nuts

Trust me your day will come I think it's safe to say for most of us we have all been in your shoes, and in a blink of an eye you will get your date then next thing you know your surgery will be here. I know it's frustrating waiting but it will happen. Keep ya head up:)

  3. Hello "Soontobehealthymom' date='" I too was so happy that the surgery was not as bad as the 4c-sections that I've had. Thank The Lord cause I was ready for the worst and ended up better.

    Surgery date October 10, 2012[/quote']

My c-section was a breeze compared to this not to say this was horrible but that pain on the left hand side man it was hurting and I also had pain in my back. MY SURGEON ROCKS HE'S THE BEST

  4. Surgery was yesterday. Dr said everything went just fine! Gall bladder came out since I already had stones. I'm not good with being put out so all day yesterday I did nothing but sleep. Today I've been sleeping also but have been up and down to the bathroom. Honestly' date=' I had more pain with my c-section than with this. Pain isn't bad. Hope to hear from you other 15th peeps![/quote']

Congrats and welcome to the loser's bench

  5. I have not experience hair lost yet I just had my surgery on the eighth of October, but protien, Biotin and or zinc is the key and to limit the amount of stress on your hair im a "Natural" so I hope that helps me I do alot of twist outs and things but nothing where my hair is "stressed" ya kno or tight also I think the key to black Hair growth really is keeping it moisturized (the one thing I think we lack) and I not talking just products im talking Water the best beverage for our body is also the best thing to go on our hair. Lol although most aint tryna hear getting they heads wet. Lol. One more thought I hear Hair loss usually starts at about 3mos and ends at 6mos to a year, but jus keep up wit those Vitamins and no stressful hair styles.

  6. Hello everyone!!! I need your advice. My surgery was on Oct. 10 and I have not had a bowel movement yet. I'm on clear liquid only diet right now until Monday. Is this normal to not have a bm for so long? Should I wait a little longer or should I go ahead and just call the doctor? I'm sorry if this is a little personal but I'm not sure if I should be worried yet or not.

You havent had food so you shouldnt really expect to have much of a BM my surgery was on the 8th and it's very little and like Water infact today was the first time that is had some consistancty (sorry for the TMI) but what you put in is what u get our but my surgeon said we could take milk of mag if needed

  7. Hello every1 I had my surgery on the 8th and came home on the 10th I didnt want anything to do with food it turned my stomach to smell chix broth, but im doing much better now I had that pain on the left side that every1 has. The only thing is I have a pulling feeling on the left my surgeon says it is absolutely normal, so outside of feeling week due to lack of food and the pulling on the left im doing great. Im still taking pain meds but not much longer, today was a Great Day my surgeon ROCKS.

  8. My periods have not been normal since the 1st day or surgery. I'm having them at least every 2 to 3 weeks - not set plan or cycle. Just random. It is awful.

Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk

Omg I went thru that every since 98 I had crazy periods coming every 3 weeks it use to be exactly every 28 days now it comes and don't want to leave.

  9. EmpressLizBunny....it's so good to have a surgery buddy!!!! I'm about to start re-reading my books too!!! I'm just afraid I'm not strong enough to make it through this. My husband says that I'm the strongest person he knows especially after he saw what I went through when I gave birth to our son. I'm just afraid of the unknown. I just want someone to be completely honest with me about everything that's going to happen. I feel like people hold out alot because they don't want to scare you. I'm the complete opposite....the more I know the better I am.

I hear ya there I like straight and forward answers dont beat around the bush.
