Thank you Paul and I too have not spoken to my only sibling over her stupidity. Life is so full of drama that I dont have time for it just amazes me how people can b so quick to bring bring you down, but what I cant seems to let go is the fact that my mother whom I love dearly is jumping on the bandwagon and is believing the hype. I guess she will get over it.

I was wondering if it would b cheaper there. Is that a everyday soap?

No reg meals jus shakes, soups 1c veggies, sf jello, popsicles mints & gum.

Well the shakes & chix soup are 160 calories each & the tomatoe soup is 170, I cant remember how many is in the bars but everything else i can have has no calories, oh I can have up to 1c of celery, cucumber, bell pepper, or lettice. So I would say yes and thats why you loose cuz ur calories are limited outside of the supplements and I do 7 a day.

Ok so ive been on my liquid diet for 11 days now and this smell is driving me crazy. Ive never really been a person to sweat but its not stopping my PITS from smelling, I asked a friend did she experience this when she went thru it she said yes. Well I dont like it no matter what I do it seems like I smell it I ask people around me they say they dont smell anything outside of my 7yr old DRAMA QUEEN who put her whole nose under my arm and turned her nose up LOL. Now I know im a little OCD about things like this but it cant just be in my head even fresh from the shower to me they smell. My friend says wait till you smell like onion soup I said NO THANX im already freaking out as it is. Has any one else gone thru this?

I CANNOT WAIT. The 8th of next month cannot come quick enough,. and as of now im just tryna get my mind ready im on a 4week fast so that first week had my head spinning but im better now.
