Saw my surgeon this morning and he says im doing great, & we both cant wait till the 8th, he says im the perfect canidate for this surgery. I love my surgeon he's really down to earth and very easy to talk to, and it's a added plus that he knows all of my other doctors so they all have been working well together to get my surgery on it's way. 11 days to go and I cant wait.

I just came from a support group and the Topic was on Plastic Surgery im so happy I made it cuz I was wondering about all that & it was interesting.

Only you can make that decision, I understand how family and friends may feel, but they are not living in our bodies even if they may have weight issues they may be comfortable in their own skin, or may not have added issues because of their weight some just dont wanna see you progress to a better you, whatever the case may be the final decision is your and if YOU think it's worth it then FULL STEAM AHEAD. Pray on it.

Yes I couldnt wait for 2day to come so I could buy it, I dont really go to the movies anymore I just wait for the DVD. SO I watched it for the first time 2day, and now im watching it again.

Got my Hibiclens today and around here it was pretty much the same price @ Walmart and Target but I got lucky and had a Target gift card so I got The Avengers movie and the soap yay me. Nothing like FREE.

How did you get a surgery date w/o being approved yet, I didnt kno they did that, well I kno my Dr ofgice wont do it. Good luck and hope you have good news soon.

Im kinda worried about the "dumping syndrome" but honestly since I was in the 11th grade I have suffered from "something" (still to this day to be diagnosed) that is very similar to dumping syndrome, I have all the symptoms, They say its from stress, Dr. says my stomach takes all the stress like how people get stress headaches. The crazy thing is I can drink water to take my meds and end up in pain in the bathroom I know thats TMI (TO MUCH INFO), but its the truth.

What's a good amount of protein we should get in daily post-op and pre-op?

Jus came from my exercise class so happy one more thing done now optifast class n a week. Yay

My pre op ed class is today sept 24 and I cant sleep my appt is n less than 8hrs & I gotta be up in 2&1/2hrs im gonna be sleepy.

Any one else just wants to be able to walk without feeling like your about to start a fire with your thighs rubbing together. Lol I know I do, I just want these suckers to stop touching each other.

Totally Unrelated to Surgery, but I need to vent. My entire family has lost their minds, a once unseparable family has totally disassembled. Not my immediate family my whole family is separated and not talking to one another, and for some one like me who has nothing to do with any of it, im being put in middle of it all jus cuz I talk to some that others dont talk to. I DONT HAVE TIME OR THE ENERGY FOR THIS STRESS. My surgery day is Oct 8th and I do not want to go into my surgery with this stress on me. I cut my association with people including family minimum to nothing cuz I have enough stress being a single mother of two ADHD kids and all of my own health problems. Its amazing how people bring DRAMA right to ur door. Im so over these people.

Yup thats how they are they dont think about things like that when they need u. Mt mom and I for the most part get alone great and if we have a disagreement we agree to disagree and keep it moving, but at the same time some one can call her and she just believes what they say, and I dont even talk to half of my family and not because we are arguing just because life has us going in different directions.
