  1. And it did it again! If you see phone, have your brain auto correct to pho, lol!
  2. Dang it!! It should read pho is full of meat
  3. Phone is Vietnamese noodle soup, sort of like ramen noodles, nut full of meat. The beef and stuff is a bit tough for a young pouch, but seafood rocks.
  4. It fixed pho but not dilation...lol
  5. Depends what you define as hard...my gastro suggested soft foods for three weeks..I didn't do that. My gf surgeon suggested letting the pouch rest for a day or two..this I did, and pre loaded with a warm drink or broth soup. I had two dialation procedures. They dialated me to 15 mm then no more problems
  6. Try decaf hot tea with a teaspoon of honey...honey actually helps settle the stomach and is antibacterial.
  7. Lol...seafood pho, not phone! Darn auto correct!!
  8. I could do fluids immediately after recovery.
  9. Less than 24 hours. Started with warm broth soup...I had seafood phone both times, I little noodle and mostly broth. Felt so much better. Tea is good also.
  10. I have, felt much better after being dilated.
  11. Bobby- not true on the throwing up- I developed a stricture, no sugars, but lots of throwing up even on water. It can happen.
  12. A ton of weight offended me as I wasn't THAT huge... And here is this guy smoking and carrying on and judging. It was wrong.
  13. Yay!!! And one-derland will be next...
  14. Check with your doctor. Vinegar products and citrus products were no goes for me for a few months. They can irritate the stomach lining.
  15. Watch the egg...hard for some people...
  16. Support can help you get through this. The surgery has some amazing results and changes in store for you. This group is amazing. Just remember, this walk is a journey, one step at a time.
  17. Good luck! We will meet you on the other side!
  18. I wasn't given a number, just protein first, veggies next, then fruits. After all that, there insnt really much room left for carbs. Also was told that carbs must be mixed with protein.
  19. My doc refused the ability to travel for two weeks after due to clots...
  20. A slug? Is that a new soft food? I hope you feel better...
  21. I was told that chewing gum introduces air into the pouch and can stretch it over time.
